Race rules

Deelnemers hoef nie lede van ‘n
geregistreerde atletiekklub wees nie, maar wel werksaam wees vir dieselfde
besigheid/ tipe besigheid om vir ‘n prys in aanmerking te kom. Stappers is
ook welkom.

The correct T-shirt size for each team member
needs to be indicated on the entry form.

Registrasies sal plaasvind vanaf 12:00 op die
24e Maart 2001 voor O’Hagan’s. Slegs spankapteins hoef namens die span
te kom registreer.

Participants may wear any appropriate clothing.
Race numbers must be displayed at all times on the front of the competitors
garment.

Deelnemers mag nie aan meer as een been
deelneem nie.
-
The baton must be issued to the first runner or
walker and must be passed on at every changeover point to the team member
running or walking the next leg.
-
Geen hulpverlening van enige aard sal toegelaat
word nie. Deelnemers se voertuie sal ook nie toegelaat word om hulle atlete
op die roete te volg nie.

Competitors not wearing race numbers will not
be allowed through the changeover points.
-
Daar sal ‘n waterpunt by elke oorgeepunt wees.

Snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments will be
on sale throughout the day at the race. Businesses may display their banners
and advertising material at the prize giving area at an additional cost of
R200.

Die prysuitdelingsfunksie sal stiptelik om
18:00 (6nm) voor O’Hagan’s plaasvind.

All team leaders are requested to ensure that
their team members are medically fit to run or walk.

Die beslissing van die beoordelaars is finaal
en geen korrespondensie sal daaroor plaasvind nie.

Please note Medical Rescue crews and paramedics
will be on the route to assist where necessary.
